Revisions and repairs will be performed in compliance with the following regulations:
a) Law no. 64/2008, regarding the safe operation of pressure installations, lifting installations and fuel consuming appliances, published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 240 of March 27, 2008, with subsequent amendments and completions;
b) Law no. 307/2006 on fire protection, published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 633 of July 21, 2006;
c) Law no. 319/2006 on safety and health at work, published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 646 of July 26, 2006;
d) Law no. 440/2002 for the approval of the Government Ordinance no. 95/1999 regarding the quality of the assembly works for machinery, equipment and industrial technological installations, published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 502 of July 11, 2002;
e) Law no. 355/2002 for the approval of the Government Ordinance no. 39/1998 regarding the national standardization activity, with the subsequent modifications and completions, published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 447 of June 26, 2002;
f) Government Decision no. 1,340 / 2001 regarding the organization and functioning of the State Inspection for the Control of Boilers, Pressure Vessels and Lifting Installations, published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 37 of January 21, 2002, with subsequent amendments and completions;
g) Government Decision no. 1,029 / 2008 on the conditions for placing cars on the market, published in the Official Gazette, Part I no. 679 of September 30, 2008;
h) Government Decision no. 2,139 / 2004 for the approval of the Catalog regarding the classification and the normal operation durations of the fixed assets, published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 46 of January 31, 2005;
i) Government Decision no. 2,176 / 2004 for the modification of some Government Decisions in order to eliminate some provisions regarding the obligation to apply the standards and to update the references to the standards, published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 1236 of December 22, 2004;
j) Government Decision no. 752/2004 on establishing the conditions for the introduction on the market of equipment and protective systems intended for use in potentially explosive atmospheres, published in the Official Gazette, Part I no. 499 of August 3, 2008;
k) Order of the Chief State Inspector of the State Inspectorate for the Control of Boilers, Pressure Vessels and Lifting Installations no. 382/2009 for the approval of the Methodology regarding the authorization of the operator responsible for the supervision and technical verification in use of the installations / equipment in the field of ISCIR – RSVTI operator, published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 677 of October 9, 2009;
l) Order of the Chief State Inspector of the State Inspection for the Control of Boilers, Pressure Vessels and Lifting Installations no. 401/2005 regarding the application of seals to installations and equipment not authorized or that do not present safety in operation according to the technical prescriptions, I.S.C.I.R. Collection, published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 726 of August 10, 2005;
m) Order of the Chief State Inspector of the State Inspection for the Control of Boilers, Pressure Vessels and Lifting Installations no. 465/2009 regarding the approval of the Methodology for attesting the specialized technical personnel in the field of I.S.C.I.R., published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 750 of November 4, 2009.
